• We do the initial legwork checking availability, and negotiating move-in specials
• We provide you with a personalized list that includes, area, price, square footage, amenities etc.
• We keep you updated with our results by eMail, fax or phone.
• Upon request, we will accompany/valet you to the apartments that you have selected.  And if time is of the essence, an agent will personally go to a rental community to select the perfect living unit and location if you are not able to.  This eliminates possibly being put near a noisy area or not a visually appealing location in the apartment community.  (Some communities require Apartment Guides to accompany you on the first visit).

If Apartment Guides are required, you will be informed.  Future residents MUST comply to receive the $125 rebate.

Our FREE service is for individuals, families as well as corporations.  We have a database with all the Apartments, Condominiums, Townhomes and Lofts furnished or unfurnished, short or long-term leases in the Greater Houston Area.

We have MLS access for all the Residential Leasing, Residential, New Homes, Listings and Pre-Construction.  In addition, we provide Mortgage services, giving you more control over the buying process from start to finish.

Who Pays For Our Services?

When we refer you to an apartment community, the management company pays our referral our of their advertising budget.  This is accomplished by you listing Houston Select Properties as your referrer on All guest cards and All applications.  We know it can be costly to move and this is our Thank You!  for using Houston Select Properties as your location service provider.
